Many years ago my collecting interest focused more on medals and awards of WWII and looking through my picture archive I came across this old shot which I share here.
Rarely do we get to put such pieces together. Top row, all the grades of the Dienstauszeichnung der SS (The Long Service Awards of the SS), bottom row Germanische Leistungsrune der SS (Germanic SS Proficiency Runes) in both bronze and silver, the Danish SS Schalburg Cross, SS Shooting Award and the Bandenkampfabzeichen in bronze.
